These Terms govern your use of Row Z Weather ("the App"), operated by SideDoor Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Row Z Weather. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Row Z Weather provides weather forecasts and football-themed commentary. The commentary is satirical, opinion-based, and generated in part by artificial intelligence. Nothing in the App constitutes news reporting, endorsement of any football club, or statement of fact about any person named or referenced.
You select one Premier League club during onboarding. You may change this selection at any time in Settings. Your selection is stored on your device and synced to our servers anonymously.
Most features are available via a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial, followed by £1 for the first month (introductory offer) and £2.99 per month thereafter. An annual option is available at £19.99 per year.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App. You will not attempt to disable content filters or moderation systems.
Commentary in the App is satirical. References to football clubs, matches, and public figures (owners, managers, pundits) are opinion for entertainment purposes and should not be read as factual assertions.
We maintain an absolute exclusion policy against references to stadium disasters, player deaths, abuse cases, racism, antisemitism, or any protected-class attack. If you believe specific content breaches this policy, contact support@rowzweather.com. We review reports within 5 working days.
All copy, code, visual assets, and the Row Z persona are the property of SideDoor Ltd. Club names, crests, and references are used nominatively for satirical commentary and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Weather data is provided by third parties and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the App for safety-critical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for use of the App is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the App and take effect 14 days after notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
